This Privacy Notice sets out how we collect, store and use Personal data.

The Personal Data we hold

Personal data we collect and use includes the following

  • Name and contact details and such items as UCI and ULN (as set out on the Exam entry application form). Ethnicity (if entered by the candidate) is held to facilitate monitoring of equal access.
  • Exams applied for, including exam history where relevant
  • Copies of Photo-id
  • Information related to access arrangements
  • Results Information
  • Results Certificates – these need to be collected by the candidate and signed for.

To administer exams and to organize courses

How this data is stored

Application forms are stored in hard copy and exam details are held on the exam boards’ systems.

Data sharing

Data is shared with the exam boards and the JCQ Access Arrangements On-line system.
Data would only be shared beyond that if it is legally required.
The exam boards share results data with UCAS. The Privacy policy of the exam boards can be viewed on their websites.

Transferring data internationality

We do not transfer data internationally.

Rights regarding personal data

Individuals have a right to make a Subject Access Request and have other rights such as to request data held about them be corrected or deleted.
